Business Developer (Sales)
You'll own the sales side of Primex — finding, approaching, and closing new clients, and being the first point of contact between us and the companies that need what we build. Remote, part-time, and commission-based, with real earning potential and full flexibility: you work your own hours, from anywhere, and the more you close, the more you earn.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients — SMEs and growing companies.
- Build and manage your own pipeline of leads.
- Present our solutions and value to decision-makers (CEOs, GMs, operations leaders).
- Book and run discovery conversations, supported by our sales materials.
- Close deals and hand over to our delivery team.
- Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
What we're looking for
- A self-starter who can generate and close business independently.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable talking to business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Results-driven and motivated by earning potential.
- Sales, business development, or software/tech experience is a plus — but proven ability to close matters more.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.

Technical Personal Assistant
A hybrid role supporting our leadership directly — part executive assistant, part junior tech coordinator. A rare first job for a sharp, organized fresh graduate who communicates flawlessly in English and is comfortable around technology. You'll keep things running, handle communication, and help across projects and light technical tasks.
What you'll do
- Manage schedules, inboxes, and follow-ups so nothing slips through.
- Draft and proofread professional emails, documents, and reports in English.
- Coordinate across projects, clients, and team members to keep everyone aligned.
- Prepare presentations, documents, and simple reports.
- Handle light technical and admin tasks — research, data entry, tool setup, testing.
- Take meeting notes and turn them into clear action items.
What we're looking for
- A fresh graduate — attitude and aptitude matter more than a long CV.
- Fluent English, written and spoken — this is non-negotiable.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools — a tech background or degree is preferred.
- A clear communicator who can represent the company professionally.
- Proactive, discreet, and able to juggle several priorities at once.
